Firestorm Quarry
This project featured the management and crushing operations of the Firestorm Quarryas well as site preparation activities at the Firestorm Quarry. Our team mobilized a complete crushing spread, including jaw and cone crushers, screeners, stackers, and a variety of heavy equipment. We continue to produce high-quality road base and engineered fill material to meet local demand.

Eagle Mountain Crushing
Ironbird was contracted to support the Eagle Mountain expansion project. Our team completed complex rock clearing and crushing operations in close proximity to critical infrastructure, requiring innovative methods such as the use of expanding grout in place of traditional blasting. We delivered road base and other spec aggregate on schedule while maintaining the highest safety and environmental standards.

Beaver River HDD Crossing
Ironbird played a key role in the successful installation of fibre-optic leak detection across the Beaver River using horizontal directional drilling (HDD). The project involved crossing under a sensitive waterway. Our team maintained a 100% success rate on our bores and coordinated closely with local Indigenous partners to ensure cultural and environmental considerations were respected throughout.

Black Pearl Onion Lake
For this large-scale fiber optic conduit replacement, our team conducted quality inspections and turnover for leak detection conduits. We installed high-grade cables designed for long-term performance along critical pipeline infrastructure. This project required precise HDD execution across mutiple environmentally sensitive zones. We are proud to report a 100% trenchless crossing success rate, achieved through strong collaboration and a commitment to safe, efficient, and respectful project delivery.
